The hotel has a stunning, classic atmosphere and offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds. While the maintenance could definitely use improvement, especially regarding cleanliness, the staff's friendliness stood out. Parking is also a bit of a hassle. self-parking is more affordable than valet.

The hotel boasts excellent staff who are friendly and helpful, which enhances the overall experience. However, I found the check-in process to be slow and the parking situation challenging. Comfortable rooms and a good downtown location make it suitable for families, but there's room for improvement in service efficiency.

I adored the historical charm of Omni William Penn Hotel, especially the grand lobby adorned with stunning molded plaster ceilings and mahogany accents, making it easy for seniors like me to navigate through the welcoming spaces comfortably.
More seating in public areas for seniors would help.

I had a fantastic stay with a group of friends! We explored the Beauty of the Burgh tour and caught an amazing concert at Heinz Field. The hotel was centrally located, making it easy to access great dining and fun activities. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, which added to our overall experience.
One downside was the small bathroom in our room, which made it a bit awkward to navigate, but it didn't ruin our fun overall.
